Worked closely with the iBase Entertainment president/founder from initial conceptualization, through pre-production and production, helping develop concepts, workflow and procedures while managing two studio locations. Designed and managed an audio pipeline system and online task tracking system. Designed and supervised iBase sound recording studio. Responsible for the securing of all iBase Entertainment trademarks. Oversaw the development of company web presence.

Position: Senior Project Manager
Conceived, developed and managed Flightplan for Content Connections. Application allowed educators to create custom lesson plans with integrated images, video, assessments, and reference texts utilizing an intuitive, user friendly interface. Flightplan employed a flash front-end which communicated with a remote server housing all assets via XML.

Project: Netlink
Position: Project Manager
Developed the front end of Vtech Netlink to tie in with the XML backend interface to Encyclopedia Britannica’s online database, working in tandem with the back-end software engineering group and the hardware engineers located in Hong Kong.
Client: McGraw Hill Higher Education
Position: Senior Producer
Responsible for publishing 70-80 annual multimedia and internet projects for McGraw Hill Higher Ed textbooks. Managed outside vendors and facilitated content flow between editorial staff and developers. Intrinsically involved in developing improved processes and training staff members. Project managed over 70 cd-rom/dvd/online/PDA/eBook projects and 20 WebCT/Blackboard courses with budgets from $3k to $500k in the content areas of Accounting, Marketing and CIT. Worked with subject matter experts, edited scripts, and provided instructional design and interface layout direction to more than 20 cd-rom projects per year. Managed and launched McGraw Hill’s first E-commerce site. Worked closely with high profile authors. Created project specs and budgets. Training for new producers. Research and Development of new multimedia products. Wrote technical documentation for internal and vender reference.
